About Me:

Although the lab has been successful at designing a wide variety of proteins, many of the designs that we make completely fail to fold or perform the design function. The goal of my project is to learn from this process of trail and error. Specifically, I am using data from design to help fine tune Rosetta’s energy function, which it uses to model the physical forces that shape macromolecules.
