About Me:
I am working on designing cyclic cell-permeable “foldamers”. These are small (< 12 residues) cyclic molecules that contain mixtures of canonical alpha amino acids, non-canonical amino acids (such as D-amino acids), and exotic amino acid-like building blocks (e.g. beta-, gamma-, delta-amino acids, peptoids etc…). I am designing these types of molecules to bind to intracellular targets.
