About Me:

The vast majority of macromolecular therapeutics enter cells via the endocytic pathway, yet escaping the endosomal compartment remains a critical unsolved challenge in drug delivery. My projects in the lab revolve around the central goal of designing de novo protein nanoparticles that efficiently escape the endosome.
