About Me:
My work is centered around making switchable protein-protein interactions. The primary focus is on de novo phosphorylation inducible dimers and protein-peptide pairs. These dimerization pairs would be useful for stimulus gated pathways in bioreactor cells, or towards generating more controllable protein therapeutics in medical applications. I am also very interested in scaffold design and ligand induced protein-protein interactions as a potential future step for my work.
